Returns & Exchanges

At The Biz Markie Experience, we offer estate-authorized, limited-edition, and collectible merchandise produced in carefully managed quantities. Because of the exclusive nature of many of our releases, the following policy applies to all purchases.
 

All Sales Final on Limited and CollectibleItems

All sales are final on:

  • Limited edition prints

  • Estate-authorized artwork

  • Signed or numbered items

  • Exclusive drops

  • Collaboration merchandise

  • Event-exclusive products

  • Pre-orders and made-to-order items

  • Clearance or promotional merchandise
     

Apparel and Standard Merchandise

For select standard merchandise, including t-shirts and hats, exchange or store credit requests may be considered within 7 days of delivery and only when:

  • Item is unworn and unused

  • Original tags and packaging remain intact

  • Item shows no signs of wear, washing, odor, or alteration

  • Request is approved prior to return shipment

Refunds are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of The Biz Markie Experience.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [support email] and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Approved claims may qualify for replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on product availability.
 

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error resulted from our fulfillment process.
 

Right to Refuse

The Biz Markie Experience reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, refund request, or claim that does not comply with this policy or where fraud, misuse, or abuse is suspected.
